Manifest Global Acquires EduGo Abroad, Expanding Its European Reach
What began in 2009 with brothers Chintan Modi and Bhargav Modi has grown into an established international education consultancy with a strong focus on Europe. Today, EduGo Abroad is entering its next chapter following its acquisition by Singapore-headquartered Manifest Global.
The acquisition strengthens Manifest Global’s presence in the European higher education market and adds a dedicated Europe corridor to its platform.
Under the leadership of Chintan and Bhargav Modi, EduGo Abroad has developed partnerships with more than 280 universities and colleges across 18 European countries and has supported almost 10,000 students to date.
EduGo Abroad serves key European destinations including France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Ireland, creating what Manifest describes as a diversified European footprint rather than a focus on only one or two markets.
Following the acquisition, EduGo Abroad will become part of Manifest Global’s growing house of brands in international education, while retaining its name and leadership.
The partnership will give EduGo Abroad’s partners access to advanced AI infrastructure, expanded destination markets, and a broader network of global universities. It will also create new opportunities for European universities to attract more students from across global markets through CIAFO.

Manifest Global highlighted the expertise of Chintan and Bhargav Modi, noting that the brothers backed Europe as a serious destination years before the wider market moved in the same direction.
Chintan Modi described Manifest Global as a powerful new home for EduGo Abroad and its partners, highlighting the wider destinations, technology and opportunities that come with the acquisition.
The acquisition marks an important new chapter for EduGo Abroad, building on the European expertise and network established by Chintan and Bhargav Modi over the years.
