Manifest Global Acquires EduGo Abroad, Bringing Europe Into Its AI-Powered Network
Manifest Global has acquired EduGo Abroad, bringing the European education specialist into its growing network of international education businesses and adding Europe as a dedicated education corridor.
Founded in 2009 by brothers Chintan Modi and Bhargav Modi, EduGo Abroad has developed partnerships with more than 280 universities and colleges across 18 European countries and supported close to 10,000 students.
According to Rohan Pasari, Founder and CEO of Manifest Global, EduGo Abroad’s strength lies in its deep understanding of the European corridor.
“It’s a genuinely diversified European footprint, not a bet on one or two markets,” Pasari said, highlighting the company’s presence across 18 countries, each with different entry requirements, timelines and expectations.
He added that EduGo Abroad is now growing rapidly, placing around 1,000 students per year, reflecting Europe’s shift from an alternative destination to a first choice for Indian students.
For Pasari, EduGo Abroad’s early decision to focus on Europe was a key part of the acquisition. “Edugo built its position in Europe before the market moved there,” he said, adding that Manifest’s approach is to support operators who know their corridors better than anyone else and provide them with AI and global reach.
Pasari believes the combination of local expertise and technology is central to Manifest’s model. As he puts it, “You cannot automate judgement you do not have.” EduGo Abroad brings the knowledge of the European corridor, while Manifest brings AI and a global network.

The acquisition adds EduGo Abroad to Manifest Global’s portfolio alongside Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, Kaaiser and Student Placements, with the group operating across more than 150 countries.
Pasari described the partnership simply: “Edugo brings the knowledge. We bring AI and the global network. Neither works as well without the other.”
With EduGo Abroad’s European expertise and Manifest Global’s AI-enabled infrastructure and international network, the acquisition brings together local knowledge and global capabilities across the international education ecosystem.
