4. For CVEC Exempted Students
The students who are spared from paying the CVEC contribution, still need to register over the site. Even if you have been granted scholarships from the universities or fall under the special category of CVEC exemption, you have to identify yourself and register on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr. 5. Necessary Documents for University Registration
